Complaints and Return Policy

Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. DUBBELOP shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at info@dubbelopshop.nl and receiving an approval notification.
